DELIVERY TIME:

If payment for goods and delivery is received before 14:30 p.m. and the product is in stock - you can receive the product on the next working day. If the product you ordered is not in stock or it is delivered from the manufacturer's warehouse, we will contact you and inform you how long it will take to deliver the product. Lamps are delivered from manufacturers' warehouses. Delivery times vary from manufacturer to manufacturer and are listed on each luminaire's product page.

LED bulbs, LED strips, profiles and their accessories, power supplies and controllers are in stock - their delivery time is 1 - 7 days or the time specified on the product page. Lamps are delivered from manufacturers' warehouses within 3-30 days from the day of order/payment, delivery dates are indicated on the product pages.

Delivery terms are specified by the employee accepting and confirming the order. If you want to receive the ordered lamp sooner or later, at a time convenient for you, please contact us about delivery options.

DELIVERY METHODS AND CONDITIONS:

The goods are delivered by Us (by individual agreement), DPD or VENIPAK parcel service courier.

• During the delivery of the goods, you must check the condition of the shipment together with Us or Our authorized representative (courier).
• After you sign the Invoice, the shipment is considered to have been delivered.
• The goods are delivered in Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia or to an individually agreed address in another country.

IMPORTANT:

During the delivery of the goods, the Buyer must check the condition of the shipment together with the courier. If the buyer signs the invoice (bill of lading) or other document of shipment transfer - acceptance, it is considered that the shipment has been delivered in a suitable condition.

Having noticed that the package of the delivered package is damaged (crumpled, wet or otherwise externally damaged), the Buyer must note this in the invoice-invoice (bill of lading) or another document of delivery - acceptance of the package, and in the presence of a representative of the parcel service, draw up a free-form package violation act.

If the Buyer does not perform these actions, MB "Lucenta" is exempted from responsibility towards the Buyer for damage to the goods, if such violations were caused by damage to the packaging, which the Buyer did not mark according to the above procedure.
