1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. Seller - MB Lucenta, a company established and operating in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, legal entity code 304766387, registered office address: Vydūno st. 38A K1-100, LT-74112 Jurbarkas, Republic of Lithuania, VAT payer code LT100011453817, data about the company are collected and stored in the Register of Legal Entities of the Republic of Lithuania.

1.2. Buyer - a person who purchases goods or services from the Seller. Buyer - user is a natural person who has reached the age of 18, who intends to purchase goods or services from the Seller MB Lucenta, for purposes not related to business or profession. Buyer - an entrepreneur is a natural or legal person who intends to purchase goods from the Seller MB Lucenta for purposes related to business or profession. If the Buyer is a legal entity, he acts through an authorized representative registered in the Store in accordance with the procedure established.

1.4. These rules for the purchase and sale of goods (hereinafter - the Rules) are a legal document binding on the Parties, which determine the rights and responsibilities of the Buyer and the Seller, the terms of purchase and payment for goods, the procedure for the delivery and return of goods, the responsibilities of the parties and others related to the purchase - sale of goods from Seller Related Provisions.

1.5. The seller reserves the right to change, amend or supplement the Rules at any time, taking into account the requirements established by legal acts or the changed sales procedure and conditions. The buyer is informed about this by e-mail. on the store's website. When the buyer is shopping by e-mail the store applies the Rules valid at the time of placing the order.

2. PRIVACY POLICY

2.1. All personal data collected from users are processed according to the procedure established by the Republic of Lithuania.

2.2. All collected data about you and your purchased product will never be transferred to third parties or used for other dishonest purposes.

3. ORDERING GOODS

3.1. The buyer can order the goods in one of the following ways:

3.1.1. Online by placing an order on the Seller's online store website.

3.1.2. By other means of electronic communication (e-mail or telephone.)

3.1.3. In the Seller's physical store.

3.2. When ordering goods in the manner specified in 3.1.1, the buyer must indicate in the information fields provided in the system the personal data necessary for the proper execution of the goods order, which are processed in accordance with the procedure provided for in the Privacy Policy. If the Buyer provided incorrect data, such as a wrong delivery address or contact phone number, as a result of which the Seller incurred additional costs by resending the goods, the Seller may demand that the Buyer cover the incurred losses.

3.3. By placing an order, the Buyer agrees to the Rules and their application.

3.4. After the Buyer places an order for goods, it is considered that a purchase-sale contract has been concluded between the Buyer and the Seller.

4. DELIVERY OF GOODS

4.1. The order is processed after full settlement with us. When an item is in stock, we promise to ship it within 1-4 business days.

4.2. If the product is not in the Seller's stock and it is marked as an order product, the expected delivery date is indicated next to the selected specific product, the Buyer is also informed about the planned delivery date of the product by e-mail with order confirmation.

4.3. The ordered goods, which the Seller has in stock, are prepared for shipment on the same working day (for orders placed before 13:00 p.m.) upon receipt of payment and if the payment is visible no later than 14.00:XNUMX p.m., otherwise, the Buyer's goods are prepared for shipment on the next working day.

4.4. The seller reserves the right that in exceptional cases the delivery of the goods may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances.

4.5. Orders are sent in discreet protective packaging so that the product is not damaged.

4.6. The product chosen by the buyer will be packed in a specially made package on which the addresses of the sender and the recipient will be indicated, as well as a consignment note indicating what goods are in the package.

4.7. If the order consists of more than one product, and the selected products have different delivery terms specified, the Seller reserves the right to send the goods in separate shipments, according to the indicated individual delivery times of the goods, if a request is made to receive the goods at the same time, the delivery term that was specified will be applied to all goods to one of the selected products, the longest.

4.8. The buyer must check the goods and their packaging during the reception of the goods - handing them over from the courier. If a violation of the package of the shipment, a discrepancy (s) in the quantity or assortment of the goods is detected, the Buyer or the Buyer's representative must not accept the shipment. In this case, the representative of the transport company, together with the Buyer or the Buyer's representative, fills out a special shipment inspection report, which indicates the violations found.

4.9. If the Buyer or the Buyer's representative accepts the shipment and does not indicate any comments, it is considered that the goods have been delivered in an undamaged package, the quantity, quality, and assortment of the goods comply with the terms of the purchase and sale agreement, and the additional services specified in the data logger or paper delivery confirmation have been properly performed, unless the contrary is proven.

5. SELLER'S LIABILITY

5.1. The Seller is not responsible for the consequences, if they arose because the Buyer provided false Personal Data when concluding the purchase-sale agreement between the Buyer and the Seller.

5.2. The seller is not responsible for the links in the store to other websites, the information provided in them or other activities carried out.

5.3. The seller reserves the right to suspend or change its activity at any time without notice.

5.4. The seller undertakes to deliver the product you ordered to the address you specified when placing the order.

5.5. The seller reserves the right to replace the product you ordered with an analogous one (if we do not have the product you selected at that time) or to return the money you paid within 14 (fourteen) calendar days.

6. BUYER'S LIABILITY

6.1. The buyer is responsible for the accuracy of all data provided by him.

6.2. The Buyer assumes full responsibility for all actions performed in the Seller's online store.

6.3. If the Buyer has not familiarized himself with the purchase and sale rules, it is considered that he does not have the right to shop in the Seller's store.

6.4. When the Buyer submits an order online and ticks the box next to the statement "I agree with the rules for the purchase and sale of goods and undertake to comply with them, it is considered that the Buyer has fully familiarized himself with and agreed to the rules for concluding a purchase and sale contract."

7. RETURN OF GOODS, REFUSAL OF PURCHASE - SALE AGREEMENT

7.1. The buyer (user) can return or exchange the goods purchased in the Seller's store (physical or electronic), this can be done within 30 days from the day of receiving the goods. When returning or exchanging a product, it must be packed in its original packaging, the product cannot be used or damaged without losing its merchandise appearance. The buyer can cancel the contract by delivering the product to the physical store at Savanorių pr. 60, Kaunas 44210, or by e-mail [email protected] by sending the Seller a notice about the cancellation of the Purchase-Sale Agreement. In his notice, the buyer must clearly state that he wants to cancel the purchase contract, and submit a purchase document (invoice or receipt). The goods must be returned to the seller no later than within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the confirmation of the notification of the cancellation of the Purchase-Sale Agreement from the Seller. The Buyer is responsible for the proper packaging of the product for return. The proper packaging of the shipment is such that without damage it is impossible to access and damage the contents of the shipment. The packaging must protect the contents of the shipment from possible damage during transportation and sorting. Also, the packaging must be safe, that is, it must not pose a danger to the environment: people, other shipments, devices, etc. The buyer bears the direct costs of returning the product.

7.2. The money for the returned goods is returned to the buyer within 14 (fourteen) calendar days after the goods are returned to the Seller.

7.3. The seller reserves the right to check the goods after the return, if the returned goods do not meet the requirements, that is, they were damaged, used, the packaging or the product appearance was damaged. If product damage is observed for a product that was purchased in the Seller's online store, up to 80% of the product can be returned. amounts

7.4. While the product is being returned or exchanged, the user is responsible for it, and the cost of return or exchange is borne by the user. The Seller will cover the transportation costs only if the received product was of poor quality or unusable.

7.5. Quality custom goods that were ordered, modified or manufactured according to the individual order of the Buyer are not returned.

8. GOODS QUALITY AND WARRANTY

8.1. The buyer is informed that the photos and videos of the goods are for illustrative purposes only. The parameters, colors, inscriptions, dimensions, sizes, functions, and/or any other properties of the original products may look different than in reality due to their visual characteristics, so you should follow the characteristics of the goods that are indicated in the product descriptions. The visual material of the goods does not indicate the completeness of the goods, so it is necessary to follow the information provided in the product description and specifications.

8.2. Goods purchased by buyers (consumers) are covered by a statutory 2-year product quality guarantee or a 5-year manufacturer's guarantee.

8.3. The buyer returns the product to the seller for repair or replacement in order to use the product warranty. The costs for the delivery of the warranty product are borne by the Seller.

8.4. If the product failure cannot be eliminated, the product can be exchanged for an alternative product.

8.5. The buyer must present the purchase documents (invoice or purchase receipt) with the product.

9. OUT OF JUDICIAL DISPUTE RESOLUTION

9.1. If you are not satisfied with the goods purchased in our online store, you can submit a written complaint to us by e-mail. by post [email protected], which we will consider within 30 days at the latest.
