Rules for returning goods

GENERAL PROVISIONS FOR RETURNED GOODS

In the event that the buyer enters into a purchase and sale agreement (hereinafter the contract) using only means of communication and, as a result, cannot use the right established by law to inspect the goods or assess the nature of the services provided before concluding the purchase and sale agreement, he has the right to withdraw from the purchase and sale agreement, in writing by notifying the seller about it within 30 (thirty) working days (hereinafter dd) from the day of delivery of the goods.

If the buyer has purchased several goods under one contract, he has the right to completely reject all the goods purchased under one contract or only some of the goods purchased under one contract. The specified period of 30 (thirty) days for submitting a written request starts from the day of handover of the goods(s) to the buyer or his authorized representative and is not extended or in any way linked to the handover or return of the goods to the seller or to another person for reasons beyond the seller's control. Purchased quality goods can be returned within 30 days if:

  • the returned item is in its original neat packaging;
  • the item is unused and undamaged;
  • the product has not lost its commercial appearance (undamaged labels, peeled off protective films, etc.);
  • the returned product is complete with all the documentation attached by the manufacturer;
  • when returning the product, the purchase document, warranty receipt (if it was issued) is provided.

The return of quality goods is carried out in accordance with Article 6.362 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania and the "Rules of Retail Trade", approved by the Government of the Republic of Lithuania in 2001. June 11 by resolution no. 697 (redaction of Resolution No. 2014 of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania of July 22, 738).

WHEN ARE REFUNDS NOT AVAILABLE?

Luminaires or lighting products that have been manufactured or modified individually according to the customer's needs cannot be returned. Goods can be returned only by natural persons, the additional return guarantee does not apply to legal persons.

RETURN OF WRONG QUALITY GOODS?

The return of goods after purchasing a product of inappropriate quality, failure and other cases, in accordance with the "Rules of Retail Trade", approved by the Government of the Republic of Lithuania in 2001. June 11 by resolution no. 697 (redaction of Resolution No. 2014 of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania of July 22, 738).

In the event that the reason for the product return is improper quality or failure (during the warranty period), we undertake to replace the defective or defective product, replace it with an alternative product, or refund the money paid for the product, when the authorized service confirms that:

  • The product is of inadequate quality due to the fault of the manufacturer;
  • During the review, no damages, damages, replaced parts caused by improper use by the buyer were found;
  • The serial number of the purchased and returned item matches.

When returning a product of inappropriate quality, we undertake to return the money you paid within 14 days or replace the returned product with an identical quality product within 14 working days, which does not include the time during which the authorized service center confirms that the product is not damaged due to the buyer's fault.

HOW TO RETURN GOODS?

Please deliver the returned item SVIESOCENTRAS.LT to the specified correspondence address. When returning quality goods, the buyer is responsible for:

  • safe packaging of goods;
  • safe delivery of the goods to the SVIESOSCENTRAS.LT collection point or delivery to the specified correspondence address (except for cases where the wrong product was received) at your own expense;
  • the cost of returning the goods.

We may refuse to take back a product if changes have been made to the appearance of the product or packaging that were not necessary to inspect the product, including damaged labels, torn protective films, and violations of transparent packaging that would not interfere with the right to inspect the product.

If the packaging damage to the product results in the product not being able to be sold later for the same price, without infringing the other buyer's right to purchase a new and unused product, such goods can only be returned by mutual agreement (eg if you agree to compensate for depreciation) .

When returning an e-mail product purchased in the store, please fill out the request form below, indicating the detailed order information: order number, date, product, price, delivery date. The request must also indicate the account for the refund.

Disputes in case of return of disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the agreement or in accordance with the procedure provided for by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

We undertake to return the money you paid within 14 days, which does not include the time during which the authorized service center confirms that the product is in a suitable condition (ie no damage, damage, unchanged parts, the serial number of the purchased and returned product matches, etc.)

If at the time of purchase you have been granted an additional discount for the order, and you return only a part of the goods purchased with one order, we can deduct the amount of the discount from the refund amount.

Disputes in case of return of disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the agreement or in accordance with the procedure provided for by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
