What ways will you deliver the goods?

Goods can be delivered in three ways:

  • We will deliver the goods by Venipak courier in Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia to the address specified by you. This method of delivery takes 1-3 working days from the moment the product is handed over to the courier service.
  • We deliver orders to other European countries through the GLS courier service, delivery takes 10-20 working days and varies for different manufacturers.
  • Small-sized goods can be delivered to a selected Venipak postal machine or Pick Up service partner point throughout Lithuania.
  • Collection of goods from our store in Kaunas. You can pick up the purchased goods from the "Šviesas centro" store located on Savanorių Ave. 60, LT44120 Kaunas. It is necessary to contact the store staff before coming to pick up.
  • When purchasing products for 50 euros or more, delivery is free both through Venipak couriers and to the selected post machine or Pickup point.

 

How long will you deliver the goods?
  • Some of the goods are in stock, so they will be shipped immediately after payment confirmation and will be delivered within 1-3 working days.
  • Ordered products are delivered only on working days. With exceptions when it is agreed with the customer to deliver on Saturday (non-holiday).
  • Luminaires are not stored, they are ordered from manufacturers. In the exposition and in our warehouse, we have a small amount of lamps compared to e. assortment visible in the store.   • When buying lamps or ordering a large quantity of products, the delivery term of the goods is agreed with the store employee confirming the order. The term of delivery of lamps is up to 3-30 days and differs for each manufacturer.
  • Orders are not delivered on holidays, non-working days and Sundays.
What to do if the purchased goods did not fit and you want to return them?
  • We fully understand that it is difficult to visualize the actual dimensions of a product when shopping online, and the colors you see may vary due to the display settings of the device you are using. Therefore, despite the Government of the Republic of Lithuania in 2001 June 11 resolution no. 697 "On Approval of Retail Trade Rules" amendment
    (2014-07-22 No. 738, TAR, 2014-07-28, doc. No. 10565, valid from 2014-07-29) - link, we give you the opportunity to return the lamps within 30 days if they are not manufactured or modified according to your order.
  • Returned products must be in their original appearance and must have all original packaging.
  • The return/exchange costs for quality products are borne by the person/company returning the lamps.
  • When buying via e-mail the amounts paid to the store are returned only after receipt of confirmation of receipts from the bank. Amounts received will be paid out within 1-3 days after the request is submitted or the returned products are received.

 

What should I do if the purchased goods are of poor quality or were damaged during delivery?
  • If the purchased goods are of poor quality, do not work or are damaged during delivery, please contact the contact details provided in the store. Within 30 days from the delivery of the product, you can apply for a replacement of the product with a new one or a refund of the amount paid.
  • When applying for a product of poor quality or damaged during delivery necessary submit photos proving defects/damages.
  • When exchanging/returning products of poor quality or damaged during delivery, we will call Venipak couriers to collect the package and deliver new products free of charge.

 

How can I check the order progress?
  • If you received an e-mail notification of the delivery of the product to Venipak couriers, together with a link to the tracking information of your shipment.
  • Also, we invite you to contact us, provide your order code or the information of the person who placed the order and we will notify you about the progress of your order.

 

Payment information and questions

What payment methods are available?

  1. Payment via selected e-mail banking: Swedbank, Luminor, SEB, Šiauliai, Paysera, Citadele and Revolut banks.
  2. Payment through the payment fan, by connecting to the available bank e-mail. banking environment is the most convenient payment method for companies.
  3. For payments by Visa or Mastercard.

How long does it take to confirm a payment?

  • When paying by e-mail banking order is confirmed on the same day. And upon receipt of the confirmation of the monetary transaction from the financial institution, the order begins to be executed on the same or the next working day if the order is placed after working hours, on the weekend or on other non-working days.
  • Payments made through the "bank transfer wizard" are credited within ~1 dd. These orders start to be executed only after receiving the payment.

 

Is it possible to pay for products on collection?

  • No, currently COD (Cash on Delivery) is not available for online purchases. in the sviesoscentras.lt store, only advance payment methods are possible - direct payment via e-mail. banking or bank transfer.
  • To order products that are not available by e-mail in the store assortment, you will agree on the payment conditions with the store employee who accepted the order.

How to cancel a paid order?

  • You can cancel the payment made immediately after placing the order by submitting a request in the orders specified on the website.
  • When buying via e-mail the amounts paid to the store are returned only after receipt of confirmation of receipts from the bank. Amounts received will be paid out within 1-3 days after the request is submitted or the returned products are received.

 

Do I need to create an account to shop?

  • Account registration is not required to place an order. You will provide the required information during checkout.
  • Is it worth registering? Registered users can enjoy a simplified payment process, order history, exclusive offers and discounts. We do not send emails with advertising content to registered users, offers to join e-mail. store user environment.

I do not receive order confirmation and shipment. What to do?

If you do not receive an order confirmation email, you may have entered an incorrect email address. mail during checkout or the mails went to your SPAM/junk box.
